This has to be a sign of some economic recovery, at least in the fast-food sector. Delish reports that Dunkin' has unveiled plans to hire 25,000 new employees in the coming months. Most of the openings will be for counter workers and managers at Dunkin' and Baskin-Robbins franchises.
Dunkin' has also revealed something new in its employee benefits package: All workers will now have access to an online college education through Southern New Hampshire University. They'll be able to gain business training and degrees at a reduced cost.
Dunkin' isn't the only fast-food chain launching a big hiring campaign. Last month, Taco Bell announced it's adding 30,000 employees to its payroll.
