Lady Gaga Is Returning To The Silver Screen In Film About Gucci

Lady Gaga is set to star in another movie. The singer will play Patrizia Reggiani, ex-wife of Maurizio Gucci, in an upcoming film about the Gucci fashion dynasty. Maurizio Gucci is the grandson of Guccio Gucci, the founder of the brand.

Per Deadline, Patrizia Reggiani was convicted of orchestrating her ex-husband's assassination on the steps of his office in 1995. She served 18 years in jail and was released in 2016. Patrizia Reggiani was sensationalized in the media and nicknamed "Black Widow."

This movie will be based on the book The House of Gucci: A Sensational Story of Murder, Madness, Glamour, and Greed.
