Happy New Music Friday! We’ve got a lot of new music today and it definitely gets you in the weekend mode. One of my favorite elements of the Friday 5 is the possibility that somebody can find their next favorite artist. The Kid LAROI put out a new song, which you’ve probably heard of him by now. Halsey had a verse on a Post Malone song and today she put out an entire version of the song. Renee Rapp and jxdn are two artists that you may not have heard of before but you need to know immediately. There’s a few ways you might know of Renee. First, she stars in the Mean Girls broadway musical. Second, she also stars in the HBO show “Sex Lives of College Girls.” If those two don’t ring a bell…here’s the grand finale: She’s from Huntersville! She’s also just extremely talented, so check her out. Jxdn opened up for Machine Gun Kelly a couple of years ago and now he’s on his way to becoming the next big thing.
