Head to Asheville for America’s Best Pizza Place
When you think about a city getting recognition for its pizza, you probably don’t think of Asheville or any city down south. Well, turns out you don’t need to drive up north to experience exceptional taste!
Pizza is one of those things that just works at just about any time and just about anywhere. That’s why the editors at Tasting Table went on a search to find the best pizza all over the country.
Asheville, North Carolina came up on their list and now we can’t wait to try it. PIE.ZAA in Asheville opened up in 2020 and has been letting southerners enjoy New York-style pizza without making the trip.
According to Tasting Table, PIE.ZAA offers massive 28-inch pies for their customers. They also offer their pizza by the slice, which is personally my favorite way to roll.
Other cities that made the list are Phoenix, New Orleans, New Haven, Chicago, Milwaukee and Denver.
