Date nights have gotten crazy expensive!

Inflation is causing lots of problems, but one of those problems happens to be date nights. I was actually just recently reading that a new dating trend is doing dates that don’t cost anything (walking in the park, ect.) While I actually think that is an adorable date idea, there’s only so much you can suggest to do for free when it comes to date night.

Luckily, certain areas in North Carolina are cheaper to go on dates than other. So, if you’re willing to drive a bit, you could save some money on the date itself.

The measured this list based on the average cost of a meal for two, and a bottle of wine in each area. Here are the results from most expensive to least.

 

Get creative with dating. You don’t always have to spend a large amount on date nights to have fun. Some of the most fun ones, and the most unique in my mind, so while a nice date night every once and awhile can be nice, there is no reason to break the bank all the time.
