Recently I was thinking about what the 10 best cartoons of the 90s were.  Everything was easier when the dismissal school bell rang.  You either hopped on a bus or in your parents’ car because your day was done.  If you were like me and lucky enough to be home by 3:00 or 3:30, you could immediately start on your homework with hopes you’d have it done before your “shows” started.  I was very much into Doug and Rugrats which came on Nickelodeon.  I sneakily watched South Park at night and got out of the cartoon phase when SpongeBob was launched.  Check out my list of the 10 best cartoons of the 90s below!
