You’d have to live under a rock, anywhere, but especially in this part of the country, to not be aware of the Alex Murdaugh trial. So I won’t bore you with the details of that case, there are plenty of places you can find the fact, and opinions that are favorable to both sides. I’m just here to provide a little entertainment value through some of the best images that have come from the Alex Murdaugh trial. And yes, I do know that this is a serious situation, 2 people are dead, and someone who loved them is accused of their murders. That being said, if you’ve watched the case, even the courtroom and jurors have had a few laughs. And as someone who has sat through the absolutely miserable time that being on a jury is, that is needed.
Today the jury took a field trip to the scene of the crime, closing arguments are supposed to begin before lunch. Following those, the jury will be charged and then sent to deliberate. There is no telling how long that will take. But I’d wager a guess that they are not all on the same page at this point. In fact, I would not remotely be surprised to see a hung jury.
