Bad Bunny Teams Up with Adidas to Release $120 Ballerina Sneakers
Adidas is set to release two new Ballerina sneaker styles with Bad Bunny next May, priced at $120. The brand’s martial arts collection inspires these sneakers.
The shoes come in two eye-catching colors – one features cream-colored leather with black accents and gum soles, while the other reverses the look with black leather and clean white details. Both versions feature Bad Bunny’s signature “Benito” branding.
“I have always loved sneakers since I was a kid. They were the essential detail of the style I wanted and the look I wanted to have depending on what I was going to do that day,” said the artist to Adidas News.
These sneakers follow previous successful collaborations between the music star and the sportswear giant. Their partnership kicked off in March 2021 with the Forum Buckle Low “The First Cafe.”
Inspired by martial arts heritage, these shoes mirror the slim-fitting canvas uppers found in traditional Taekwondo footwear.
Industry watchers expect these sneakers to sell out quickly when they hit stores in 2025. There’s a growing demand for athletic shoes with martial arts influence.
The collaboration goes beyond just selling shoes – both Adidas and Bad Bunny will donate footwear to communities in need.
Both versions combine plush suede with premium leather. The lighter pair features gold lettering, while the darker version sports white text.
