• Card 1: Eight of Cups

  Things in life can be disappointing. "Such is life," as my mother always said. The Eight of Cups presents itself as a card that embodies moving on. Even though you might feel depressed things didn't work out the way you envisioned, it is time to continue your journey onward. Harping on what didn't come or a result you wished for only brings on negativity. It's not good for your mind, body, or soul. Take this time to let it go and move on to bigger and better things.

• Card 2: Four of Swords

  Take a break. The Four of Swords shows a woman resting which is what life is telling you to do. We all need time to recharge and reset ourselves. Before you begin the next phase of your life, you must recharge your energy so you are ready to go. It is a good sign if you have recently been experiencing hard times such as break-ups or departures, relationship problems or family problems, financial and health worries, or stress or conflict to remember to take a step back and regain perspective. I day off from work might be the perfect medicine at this time.
• Card 3: The Hanging Man Reversed

  A Reversed Hanged Man suggests you take a moment to see things from a new viewpoint. Despite your frustration, you may already be in a position where everything is on hold. You should let go of your attachment to how things should be, even though you may feel resistant. Good things will come to you if you just pause for a moment and let life go with the flow.
