If we all didn’t walk into a Target and get things we don’t need, now they do this. Of course this is great and something I am sure you’ve been waiting for. Target is rolling out a new loyalty program that will give you Birthday rewards along with cash back deals. Yes! Target, we will never leave the store. The best part is this if all free but we all know we are going to lose all of our money regardless.
