The video shows Bieber greeting fans in NY, which is normal, but it’s the way he is acting in the video that has people concerned. In the video, Justin can be seen acting a little… off. Well now fans are freaking out, thinking he’s tweaking on meth
The video comes not long after manager Scooter Braun expressed his concerns over the star possibly overdosing one day, and so fans are worried the singer might possible
