OMG, IT’S SANTA! (Embracing my inner ‘Elf’ impression) If you are looking to see Santa in Charlotte, we have you covered! There are a bunch of places to take your child to meet Santa.

Here are a few opportunities in the Charlotte area for the 2021 Christmas season. Make sure to wear your holiday best and maybe bring some cookies for the big man!

  • Bass Pro Shops

    Located in Concord Mills, which is right outside the university area of Charlotte, North Carolina, you can visit Santa in his Winter Wonderland! From November 7th through December 24th you and your family can enjoy a magical holiday adventure. This is a free event.

  • Cabela’s

    Located at 1000 Cabela Drive in Fort Mill, South Carolina you can visit Santa at his workshop. Enjoy an awesome free Santa experience from November 7th to December 24th, 2021.

  • Santa at Birkdale Village

    Santa will be at Birkdale Village throughout the season spreading holiday cheer and taking photos at their North Pole-inspired cottage near the Fountain for memorable holiday photos. Please make an appointment to ensure your special time with Santa. Walk-ins are only accepted if time permits. You can see more on Santa’s schedule here.

  • Carowinds

    This event is called St. Nick’s Pics and the big man in red will be there to greet you. At Carowinds’ WinterFest, you can take a picture with Santa. Christmas wreaths adorn the windows of Santa’s WinterFest home, along with white lights and a garland-encircled entryway. Visitors can choose from several photo packages, which include decorations.   • South Park, Northlake, Carolina Place & Concord Mills Mall

    We are spoiled here in Charlotte. Why? Because we have a mall pretty much at each end of the city. You can head to SouthPark, Northlake, Carolina Place, or Concord Mills Mall to see Santa. Don’t miss out on capturing merry pics with St.Nick! Reservations are encouraged.

  • Blakeney Shopping Center

    Visit Santa & Mrs. Claus at Santa’s House on the Village Green this holiday season! Bring your camera to capture the moment. A $10 donation to the Greater Charlotte SPCA is recommended for the December 3rd event. Their mission is to improve the quality of life of homeless animals through veterinary care, foster care, humane education, and spay/neuter programs. Friday, December 3 // 5:00 to 9:00 pm // Benefiting Greater Charlotte SPCA, Saturday, December 11 // 2:00 to 6:00 pm // Benefiting Pat’s Place Child Advocacy Center and Sunday, December 19 // 3:00 to 6:00 pm // Benefiting CMPD Explorers Christmas Project.   • Charlotte Christmas Village and Light the Knights

    Come to The Christmas Village and Light the Knights for holiday cheer, unique shopping, and authentic European fares like bratwurst, schnitzel, and strudel, along with gluhwein, hot cider, beers, and of course, hot chocolate. there is no additional cost to meet and see Santa.
