All states are not created equal. There are states that excel at infrastructure and others that excel at education. So which state comes out on top as the best places to live in the U.S.?

There is a lot of construction happening across North Carolina at the moment. It’s good for our economy, but it puts pressure on other factors such as schooling, traffic, and healthcare.

New data has been compiled by Top Agency to see which states are the best for living. The study compared all 50 states on 8 key dimensions: Affordability, Crime & Safety, Economy, Education, Healthcare, Infrastructure, Opportunity, and Quality of Life. These dimensions were ranked using 76 relevant metrics. Overall, the best of the best in the state of Wyoming. North Carolina ranked in the top 30 states. At least we weren’t number 50! That rank went to the state of Louisiana.

Out of the rankings, South Carolina ranked number 5 for having the best infrastructure. Below are the top 30 best states to live in according to Top Agency in 2022.
