High-school, we all have our feelings about it. Am I right?

First off, the memes and TikTok’s of life before Euphoria and life after have me dying of laughter. They are spot on. Second, if you love TV shows that are full of drama, sex, and teenage angst, then you are about to binge-watch all 10 of these shows below.

Euphoria, if you’ve never seen it, centers around a teenager named Rue (Zendaya) and her struggle with drugs, relationships, and of course her love Jules (Hunter Schafer). This is a classic gritty high school series with some of the scenes being rather raunchy, risky, and absolutely fabulous. Now in season two, the show is even better than the last. If the wardrobe, cast, and make-up weren’t enough for you, the awkward and rather dangerous teenage situations are worth the watch. But what if you already finished?

Stop stressing if you’re sitting there eagerly awaiting the next episode of Euphoria not knowing what to do. We have selected a variety of shows that capture the most important moments of adolescence and will satisfy your inner-teenager. Check out our list of 10 TV shows to watch if you love watching Euphoria below.

  • 10. 'Shap Objects' on HBO

Adapted from the wildly successful novel Sharp Objects by Gillian Flynn, the series centers on Camille Preaker, a reporter with a drinking problem. Camille returns to her hometown to investigate the murder of two teenage girls. When she returns home, she also has to deal with her wild, younger sister, Amma, and the drama of her hometown. There is a perfect combination of crime, teenage angst, and mental health in this show. I watched this series back in 2018 when it was released and I continue to watch it to this day because it is so good. Despite knowing the ending (which I won’t spoil), it’s just that well written. The show will not have a second season, unfortunately. But 100% worth the watch.

  • 9. 'Dare Me' on Netflix/USA Network

Do you love cheerleading and teenage drama? Then this show is for you. Taking place in a small Midwestern town, Dare Me features a mentally disturbed cheer coach, cringe-worthy friendships, crime, jealousy, loyalty, and the dynamics of power. According to USA Network, Dare Me shows the extremes young women can go to in order to succeed. I enjoyed the twist ending as well as the makeup. It’s a pity that there won’t be a second season, however, it’s still worth watching.

  • 8. 'Yellowjackets' on ShowTime

This is a perfect psychological drama. Christina Ricci in a new psychotic and arranged role on TV is everything. This show is perfect for mystery junkies. The world of Yellowjackets is filled with dark drama, plane crashes, and backstabbing. A newbie would describe it as a perfect blend of ‘Heathers’ and ‘Lost’. In the 1990s, a high school girls’ soccer team is stranded in the woods for 19 months. During their time stranded, they encounter some very unusual and unfortunate events. However, I still do not fully understand what is going on (the ending is very WTF) but season two has been confirmed! 8. 'Yellowjackets' on ShowTime

  • 7. 'The Society' on Netflix

This is a new one I just started watching and I already love it. In The Society, a bunch of teenagers in a fancy town wake up and find their parents are all MIA. (Perfect) So of course, wildness happens, and then there are those few who want to make everything civilized. (Boring!) It’s like a Lord of the Flies type of teenage drama. There is a lot of mystery and tension in this show. If you want to see some teenagers on their quest for survival, definitely check this show out.

  • 6. 'Cruel Summer' on Freeform/Hulu

Since I once met Olvia Holt (the star of the show), I was originally drawn to the series. The movie wasn’t my all-time favorite, but it wasn’t bad either. Cruel Summer is a 90s teen thriller that takes place over three years: 1993, 1994, and 1995. My favorite parts were the unexpected and outfits. There is kidnapping, jealousy, judgment, and of course, drama.

  • 5. 'Imposters' on Bravo/Netflix

So there is no teenage drama in this show, but it’s full of twists, crime, and good-laughs. There are two seasons of the show Imposters and I loved both of them. Con artists and Maddie (Inbar Lavi), the most perfect runaway bride, are featured in the show. The story won’t get any clearer, but three of her former target, Ezra (Rob Heaps), Richard (Parker Young), and Jules (Marianne Rendón) team up to find the woman they thought they were married to and realize they still care about the woman they once loved. Imposters is an entertaining take on the con artist genre, thanks to the solid performances by its main cast. Uma Thurman appears as a deadly assassin, so that’s cool too.

  • 4. 'You' on Netflix

Oh, Joe, you are dreamy. If you like crime, drama and a good thriller, you have to watch this show. Though there is little teenage drama, three seasons of You will keep your inner serial killer satisfied. Joe Goldberg, played by Penn Badgley, is the creepy main character of this mystery-thriller. Joe, who works at a bookstore, becomes obsessed with killing people and blames it on others. Similar to Euphoria, You is narrated by Joe, which adds a nice, eerie touch to every episode. Season one will always be my favorite. Oh…and season four is coming soon!

  • 3. '13 Reasons Why' on Netflix

Before Euphoria was actually a thing, there was 13 Reason Why. I love Clay. When this show was first released in 2017, I thought it was originally too morbid. It involves all terrible things. Suicide, jealousy, sexual violence, and more. But, then I got to know Clay Jensen (played by Dylan Christopher Minnette) and I was hooked. In addition to exploring mental health issues, sexual assault, and troubled relationships that high schoolers experience, Euphoria also explores sexual assault and sexual harassment in the series. The show ended in 2020 but there are four seasons for you to enjoy.

  • 2. 'Gossip girl' on HBO Max

Six seasons of gossip, drama, crime, and the fabulous Blake Lively. Throughout the course of the show, an omniscient blogger watches and reports on every one of the privileged, very fashionable high school students who attend an elite Upper East Side high school. The style harkens back to the 2000s, and it is fabulous. With Blake Lively, Penn Badgley, and Leighton Meester as its stars, this movie contributes significantly to the teenage angst and thriller genres. Oh and guess what…there is a new series of the show. Enjoy!

    2. 'Gossip girl' on HBO Max

  • 1. 'Pretty Little Liars' on HBO Max/Netflix

The OG. In this story, four estranged friends are reunited after receiving mysterious messages suggesting their missing friend is watching them and that someone knows their deepest secrets. The story is based on a series of books by Sara Shepard. This show is the season winner with seven you can watch and enjoy.
