Nonprofits please take note of the unique way Thompson supports families. Thompson’s staff-family meets you where they are on the journey of building a better family dynamic. Fran Marie caught up with Justin Ellis the Chief Development Officer who joined Thompson in January of 2018. Justin shared success stories as we discussed how he manages the fundraising and philanthropic initiatives of the organization, and I might add, has a heart of gold.
If this is your first time hearing about Thompson, began its services in1886 as an orphanage. Thompson is a strong and compassionate human services leader who transforms lives through early childhood, family stability, and mental health services. Thompson achieves this by providing comprehensive, evidence-based services, and trauma-informed care, for children (ages 0-18) and their families, virtually and in person.
