Not surprisingly, the study was presented by CPAP.com. And, after examining a number of factors from availability of massage chairs and lounges to suites and benches without armrests, they arrived at the 20 best airports for sleep in the country. So, where does Charlotte come in?
Well, according to the CPAP study, Charlotte is number 17 on the list of 20 best airports for sleep. Some airports such as JFK, offer minute suites for passengers to reserve quiet spaces to work or nap during layovers on business travel.
And, some of the spots scoring higher on the list of 20 best airports for sleep had as many as 20 lounges, such as Dallas/Fort Worth. This Lone Star State’s airport came in at number 4 on the list. So, let’s take a look at what Charlotte Douglas airport has to offer passengers.

And, of course, for frequent travelers of a certain points level, there are the private lounges that have seating, food, drink and a bar.
