If you haven’t started watching ‘Squid Game’ on Netflix yet, get your butt to the couch. If you like mystery, horror, humor, or drama you’ll love it. Now, the ‘Squid Game’ series creator Hwang Dong-hyuk has great news. I am so excited.

So what did he say? Well…drum roll please…because people there WILL be a second season of Squid Game. Hwang Dong-hyuk , the director, creator, and writer of the nine-episode Korean thriller according to NBC News just confirmed┬áthe news in an interview with the Associated Press.

As for when it will drop is unclear. At a red carpet event he said, there will indeed be a second season. It’s in my head right now. I’m in the planning process. It’s too early to say when and how that’s going to happen. I am so pumped for this. I have a theory that our champion will be back in round two and the games will be even more exciting. I mean red light green light was fun, but what about red rover? We shall see!
