When we talk about the country's deadliest beaches, what do we think of? Crazy to think about all of the things that can happen when you're at the beach. That might be one of the reasons why I get very nervous about the beach and tend to stay on the sand and out of the water. Just not being able to see what may be next to me or near me is very scary for me.

Travel Lens names America's deadliest beaches for 2023 and that can be crazy. When they say something may be "dangerous" they are referring to situations from hurricanes, shark attacks, and surfing fatalities. There are tons of beaches where things may be beautiful and such a great time, but you can still be mindful of those with the most incidents. Taking into consideration those factors and more, they were able to compile their list of America's most deadly beaches and two Carolina beaches made the list. Check out which Carolina beaches made the top 10 for deadliest beaches in America.
