In light of Leonardo DiCaprio and Kate Winslet auctioning off personalized date with the two, we decided to put our own spin on it and finally got a winner! and you probably wont believe the amount we raised. TAKE THAT LEO!
We decided to reach out to our listener friends to see if any of them would place bids to win a lunch date with Roy in our own auction, with the proceeds being donated to Levine Children’s Hospital. The calls began at $90 and got up to $200. After reaching $200 we thought it was over….
Until the amazing recycling company “Wastequip” called and hit us with a ground breaking $9,510 in exchange for the whole building to have a group lunch with Roy and a chance to stick him in Todder-two wheel cart and parade him around the office while he’s wearing one of his infamous animal shirts. WE THINK YES!
Thank you to the kind people at Wastequip.
