Two best friends started the #LemonsForLeukemia challenge and they have big plans for it! Chris Betancourt, 20, was diagnosed with chronic myeloid leukemia and was given the prognosis of one year to live. When Chris’ best friend, Dillon Hill, received the news he decided to take time off from college to help his best friend fulfill his bucket list. One of the things on that bucket list was to set a word record for the most donors added to the national bone marrow registry within a 24-hour period.
Today we decided to take part in the #LemonsForLeukemia challenge! Roy, Maney, Producer Nicole, Intern Britney and special guest Grace took the challenge head-on. The MRL Morning Show never backs down from a challenge but it’s even better when the challenge is for a good cause. For those that missed this exciting segment, we have it right here for you.
