We brought in Patches the clown from Zombie Hollow and a hypnotist, Debra Young of Charlotte to see if we could conquer LauRen’s fear of clowns. Last weekend when the crew attended the Haunted House Tour LauRen was almost in tears because of her fear of clowns so Maney & Roy took it upon themselves to give her a little help.
Debra put LauRen under meditation for just 20 mins to prepare her for her encounter with Patches. After being in her trance LauRen awoke completely relaxed and ready to face her fears! Patches came in and LauRen was not only able to be in front of Patches without tears or panic, she even managed to give him a hug (strapped in his straight jacket of course).
