College Rainbow Six Preseason Preview. Collegiate R6 Spring 2021 season has begun and registration closes on February 6th. CR6 is the biggest tournament in the North American Region giving way to a lot of schools competing. Matches look to resume Mid-March. However, the Winter 2020 premier league is ongoing. University of Akron looks to be the favorite to win. They have won the last three seasons.
