First Horizon plans a big shift to a fresh 24-story spot at 110 East on East Boulevard. The bank will merge its split offices under one roof when 2026 rolls in.

"Our team has grown 150% in just the last year in the Charlotte market," said Laura Bunn, Mid-Atlantic Regional President for First Horizon, in a statement according to PR Newswire. "To accommodate our continued growth, we're excited to be a part of the South End community."

Taking the top three floors, staff will work in a space built for teamwork. The building comes packed with perks: 250 work spots, easy parking, quick access to trains, and a fitness center right in the building.

With $82.1 billion to its name by mid-2025, this Memphis bank runs strong across the South. They handle everything from business loans to personal savings, with special focus on wealth building and home buying.

By picking South End, they're cutting costs and putting workers where the action is. Staff won't need to look far for lunch spots or after-work fun: it's all right there.

The bank's been through some changes. When TD Bank walked away in 2023, First Horizon didn't miss a beat. They shot up 47.66% in shareholder value last year, keeping their money matters solid with an 11.2% CET1 ratio.

The 11th floor will shine as a meeting hub with city views. When winter melts into spring 2026, First Horizon will open its doors in South End.
