The third week of Sean “Diddy” Combs’ high-profile federal sex trafficking and racketeering trial has brought disturbing new details and powerful testimony, including testimony from a former assistant, "Mia," to light. The hip-hop mogul, who has pleaded not guilty, faces allegations of orchestrating a decade-long pattern of sexual abuse, violence, and intimidation.

This story contains detailed accounts of sexual assault, violence, and abuse as described in testimony during Sean "Diddy" Combs' ongoing federal trial. The allegations include descriptions of sexual assault, coercion, and physical violence against multiple individuals. These accounts may be distressing or triggering for some readers. If you or someone you know has been affected by sexual violence, support is available through the National Sexual Assault Hotline at 1-800-656-4673 or online at rainn.org

At the beginning of the week Capricorn Clark, his former global brand director and assistant, testified that in December 2011, Combs arrived at her Los Angeles apartment early in the morning, visibly angry and carrying a gun. Clark stated that Combs forced her to get dressed and accompany him to rapper Kid Cudi’s residence, threatening her if she refused. She testified that she waited in Combs’ vehicle while he and a security guard entered Kid Cudi’s property, though she was unsure how they gained entry. Clark said she called Cassie Ventura and Lauren London from outside the house to alert them to the situation and specifically warned that Combs was armed and intended harm. Throughout her testimony, Clark described a work environment marked by fear, threats, and intimidation.

To wrap up the week, a former assistant, testifying under the pseudonym “Mia,” described years of alleged abuse while working for Combs. Mia recounted being physically assaulted—thrown against walls, into pools, and having objects hurled at her. She also testified that Combs threatened her job and safety if she did not comply with his demands, leading to years of anxiety and “night terrors”. She also alleged Combs raped her. When asked by the prosecution why she didn't tell Combs "no," she testified according to ABCnews.com “I couldn’t tell him no about a sandwich. I couldn’t tell him no about anything.” Mia’s testimony was echoed by Deonte Nash, stylist to Combs’ ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura, who described Combs’ controlling and abusive behavior.

Prosecutors introduced shocking new evidence this week: photographs of rapper Kid Cudi’s Porsche, which was destroyed in a 2012 firebombing. Kid Cudi testified that Combs ordered the attack out of jealousy, and an arson investigator detailed how a Molotov cocktail was used to ignite the car. While the defense argued for a mistrial over missing evidence, the judge denied the request, allowing the case to proceed.

Additional witnesses described so-called “freak-offs”—parties where women were allegedly coerced into non-consensual acts on camera. Prosecutors allege Combs used his industry power to silence victims, threatening those who tried to speak out.

Despite the defense’s challenges to the evidence and witness credibility, the judge’s rulings mean this landmark case will continue, with more testimony expected in the coming weeks.
