As if we didn't think Taylor Swift and Beyonce could make more of an impact, Forbes released its list of the World's Most Powerful Women in 2024.
After a record-breaking last few years for both Beyonce and Taylor Swift, they have yet to make another dominating list. Singer and entrepreneur, Rihanna, is also making the list. While she may no have released music in quite some time her business ventures have made an impact in the world of fashion year after year.
Beyonce, Taylor Swift Recognized in 2024
Taylor Swift makes the list at #23 with her category being Media and Entertainment. Forbes cited the singer as the highest-placed musician on the list. She has an estimated net worth of $1.6 billion and after another successful year of touring with the Eras Tour, she comes out on top with Forbes.
Beyonce makes the list just a few steps behind Swift, coming in at $35. Forbes highlighted her extensive music catalog, including her Cowboy Carter album that was released this year. Also in 2024, the singer launched her haircare brand, Cecred, and her alcohol, SirDavis.
Coming in a bit later in the list is singer and business owner, Rihanna. She comes in as the #76 most powerful woman. Forbes reports her net worth at an estimated $1.4 billion, specifically earned throughout Fenty businesses that reach clothing, makeup, skincare, and more.
Other highlighted women on the list include Oprah Winfrey, Dana Walden, and tons of women in finance, business, technology, and politics.
