Chelsea Handler Explains Why She Doesn’t Wash Her Legs in the Shower to Kevin Hart
Well, if there’s one thing we know Chelsea Handler will do, it’s be honest. In a recent sit down with Kevin Hart, Handler explains why she doesn’t understand the point of washing your legs… and other body parts while in the shower.
On a recent episode of Chelsea Hnadler’s podcast, Dear Chelsea, she had a sit down with comedian and actor, Kevin Hart. During the interview, a conversation about personal hygiene was introduced and Handler had some interesting comments on hygiene routines.
Chelsea Handler’s Hot Take on Shower Routines
Handler states that she has a friend who always says, “White girls don’t wash their legs” when she refers to Hart and other Black people who don’t allow their pets to sleep in the bed with them. Handler went on to say that when her friends talk about washing your legs she always says, “Why do my legs need to be washed? They’re covered all day.”
As Hart is laughing at Handler’s comments, it says it is all true that she should be washing her legs. Handler states that whenever one takes a shower, all of the water and soap that drips down onto your legs is doing the cleaning. Hart continues to laugh and then yells in a funny tone, “WASH YOUR LEGS!”
This debate has been going on social media throughout the years when some people believe that you don’t have to wash, in-depth, your legs, feet, toes, etc. Handler admits that she also doesn’t see the point in washing your legs and in between your toes because she doesn’t sweat and those body parts are covered by clean clothes all day.
The jokes and conversation continue, but Hart is not agreeing with Handler whatsoever. Now, the video is going viral on social media and many are in the comments giving their hot take on how people should wash and their choice of personal hygiene.
“Washing up like you at the sink while you are in the shower is insane,” said one social media user. When you think about your own personal shower routine, are you washing all parts of your body or are you agreeing with Handler on this?
