Halle Bailey has taken a mini social media break and gave herself some time to cool off and is back now apologizing. The 24-year-old singer and actress reactivated her X account and released an apology to DDG.

Wednesday night, November 6, Bailey took to X to complain about not knowing that her child would be part of the Kai Cenat Livestream. After a few more comments about postpartum and some negative backlash, Bailey deactivated her social media account.

Halle Bailey Apologizes for Her Social Media Rant

Thursday, after giving herself some time to cool off, she came back with an apology for DDG and a thank you to Cenat. "yesterday maybe i did overreact and shouldn’t have brought it here. i know that halo is always safe with his dad. i just don’t like finding out with the rest of the world what my baby is doing. thank u kai for the gifts for halo," she tweeted.

This comes after her Wednesday night rant about not knowing that her son, Halo, would be part of the livestream with Cenat and his father, DDG. Now, Bailey is able to admit that she should not have brought her frustrations to the internet.

Bailey has now reactivated all of her social media accounts and removed the tweets from Wednesday night. DDG has not responded to Bailey publicly, but we're hoping they are able to handle everything offline moving forward.
