Hurricane Helene hit the U.S. this week and impacted a large part of both North and South Carolina. As a result, thousands are suffering from loss of power, loss of their home, and damage to roads throughout the states. The Red Cross and their partners are working on helping those impacted from Florida to Tennessee and the Carolinas.

How is the Red Cross helping? More than 500 Red Cross disaster workers are providing shelter, food, and comfort to thousands with more help on the way. In addition, the Red Cross has also deployed more than 30 emergency response vehicles to help where needed and about two dozen more are en route.
