This week's edition of Dishin' With Debbie and Mrs. T's Pierogies.  We continue to find amazing ways to incorporate those soft, pillowy pasta pockets into meals each week.  And, this one delivers.

For all us pizza lovers, this Hot Pizza Dip With Mrs. T's Cheese Pierogies is a win-win.  Imagine a loaded, crustless pizza served up piping hot in a cast iron skillet.  And, the cool part about the Hot Pizza Dip, is we get to use Mrs. T's Mini Cheese Pierogies as "dippers."

So, you get to choose whatever toppings you like on a pizza.  Although, the recipe as written is fantastic.  It's filled with easy to find and put together ingredients for a quick weeknight family meal.  It's jarred pizza sauce of your choosing, pepperonis, onions, peppers, olives and cheese!  My mouth is watering.  Then, you take your favorite variety of Mrs. T's Mini Pierogies and toast them up to use for dipping.  It's brilliant.  Then, you bite through the toasty pierogy into the soft, fluffy, whipped potatoes and cheese.  It's a welcome burst of flavor.

I encourage you to try this!  And, I hope you enjoy this offering from Dishin' With Debbie and Mrs. T's Pierogies as much as we did.  Then, make sure you pick up a box of Mrs. T's Pierogies in the frozen section of your favorite grocery store.
