Dishin’ With Debbie-Mrs. T’s Pierogies Farmers Market Mini Pierogy Salad
The versatility of Mrs. T’s Pieorgies continues with another edition of Dishin’ With Debbie this week. I’m amazed every time I make another recipe using Mrs. T’s Pierogies at how they stand out with delicious flavor and texture no matter what ingredients surround them. The pillowy pasta pockets of the pierogies along with their fluffy whipped potato and cheese fillings are delicious all on their own. But, they certainly enhance any dish.
And, Mrs. T’s Pierogies come in so many different varieties. So, with all the fillings, the possibilities are practically endless. But, for this recipe we combine Mini Classic Cheddar Pierogies with a delicious and light dressing. Plus, tossing them with fresh veggies incorporated into a salad is a win-win for this Dishin’ With Debbie.
