- Krispy Kreme’s Pup’kin Spice Doggie Doughnuts - Starting tomorrow, the chain will have these treats, which are handmade, doughnut-shaped biscuits just for dogs. They come in a range of flavors including Pup'kin Spice Original Glazed, Pup'kin Spice Cake, Pup'kin Spice Maple Peanut and Pup'kin Spice Cheesecake Swirl. But it turns out, there’s an easy way to relieve your dog’s stress in the car, and all it takes is a little music.
According to a recent survey, two in three dog owners have an anxious dog who gets stressed out in the car. That’s particularly bad for 75% of people who plan to take their pet with them on their vacation, with 72% taking these trips by car. But according to Sam Sutton, senior lecturer of music at the University of West London, the right music can go a long way toward easing your dog’s stress. He came out with what he calls the perfect playlist to help soothe your dog’s nerves, noting, “reggae and soft rock appear to have been the canine tunes of choice.”
