- “People” has just come out with their annual “Companies That Care” list, which highlights 100 companies that have shown respect, compassion and concern for their staff, the environment and their communities.
- According to the magazine, these businesses “go the extra mile to honor their customers, empower their employees — and make the world a better place.”
- Topping the list this year is Cisco, a tech company with an ambitious goal - “to positively impact one billion people by 2025.”
- Cisco recently met their goal of having 80% of their workforce involved in volunteering, donating and participating in programs that make a positive impact on communities around the world.
