Some companies aren’t just worried about making money, they’re taking care of their employees and community while taking care of their bottom line. “People” magazine is recognizing the businesses that stand out for doing just that.

“People” has just come out with their annual “Companies That Care” list, which highlights 100 companies that have shown respect, compassion and concern for their staff, the environment and their communities.
According to the magazine, these businesses “go the extra mile to honor their customers, empower their employees — and make the world a better place.”
Topping the list this year is Cisco, a tech company with an ambitious goal - “to positively impact one billion people by 2025.”
Cisco recently met their goal of having 80% of their workforce involved in volunteering, donating and participating in programs that make a positive impact on communities around the world.
