Usually, when a South Carolina college makes the list we are talking about USC but this time we are talking about Wofford College.

This time of year, college students are returning to campuses across the country and while they all may think theirs is the best, a new report has its own list. Princeton Review’s annual college rankings have just come out. It’s the 32nd year of their “Best Colleges” list, which ranks schools on everything from the best financial aid to the best food.

  • To come up with their rankings, they surveyed 165-thousand students at 389 top colleges, asking them to rate their school in 50 different categories.
  • Students rated their professors, administrators, financial aid, school services, and campus amenities, as well as other aspects of their college.
  • The cost of college can be a deciding factor for both students and parents, and Washington University in St. Louis earns the title of “Great Financial Aid.”
  • College kids need to eat and “Best Campus Food” goes to the University of Massachusetts - Amherst.
  • Enjoying your time at college is important and the school with the “Best Quality of Life” is Vanderbilt University in Tennessee.

Some of the other winners of the “Best Colleges for 2024” include:
