Well, can't forget about South Carolina when you're thinking of Carolina fries. Head down to Charleston, SC, and enjoy an order of loaded fries from The Darling Oyster Bar. It would not be Charleston without some seafood fries, right? They are serving up chowder fries at this seafood spot. Your crispy fries come with clam chowder and even bacon if you want to get crazy.
