It'll also say it's from a city I've been near recently, my hometown, or United States. It doesn't how many times you block them, they just keep calling. I know some people who will try and prank them on the phone. I know others who'll go along with their call and hang up on them as they get to the sell. However, I've seen anyone handle a phone scammer like this toddler. What's her strategy? Just be adorable, polite, and innocent. Watch the video below.
