Among the drama promised by the trailer is Scheana Shay calling Leviss a "homewrecker," apparently before Leviss filed a restraining order against Shay. Then the trailer highlights a confrontation between Sandoval and jilted lover Ariana Madix, with the allegedly cheating boyfriend listing his regrets about their relationship.
But the drama culminates in one tense revelation: after Tom asks Ariana if she wants anything as he searches through a cabinet, Madix's response is a very simple: "For you to die."
