Do you enjoy getting some good rest? Do you enjoy a good nap? Or maybe you go to bed early so that you can get a long, full night of rest. Well, not everyone is able to get the best sleep. It's kind of crazy to think that some areas specifically get better sleep than others. How cool is that?

U.S. News reports the top U.S. cities for sleep health in a new study. Poor sleep refers to those who do not get enough sleep consistently. Whenever you don't get enough sleep, the decline can lead to heart disease, cancer, diabetes, and others. Getting more sleep will help you get better with your overall health and energy throughout the day. U.S. News ranks the top 10 cities best for overall sleep health. One North Carolina city not only made the top 10, but came in at No. 2. Check out the full top 10 list below:

Well, did you know some cities are considered to be the most friendly in the country? Yeah, there are actual rankings of the friendliest cities in the U.S.

Study Finds conducted a recent study to determine the friendliest cities in the United States. These cities are the most welcoming that you may want to consider moving to if you're looking for some good hospitality. Study Finds used the most common recommendations from 10 expert websites to create their list. Check out which North Carolina city is one of the friendliest and most welcoming in America and where it falls on the top 5 list below.

1. Honolulu, Hawaii

Hawaii is certainly one of the most popular destinations to travel for tourists in this country. But, there is a great sense of unity among the natives on the island. The unity and culture that locals contain all show in the welcoming spirit they show off to tourists visiting.

2. Newport, Rhode Island

Heading up north now! Which might be a bit of a surprise for some. Newport is a historic vacation destination with locals that are nice and welcoming and giving the city numerous awards for top tourist destinations in the country.

3. New Orleans, Louisiana

New Orleans is one of those places you may visit and meet someone that instantly feels like family. Famous for celebrations such as Mardi Gras, locals and tourists come together in such a welcoming and celebratory way. No matter where you may come from, everyone feels like home together.

4. Chattanooga, Tennessee

Chattanooga makes this list as one of the most enjoyable places to be in Tennessee. Near the mountains, you can enjoy the outdoor energy and mingle with locals who are welcoming you into their home. You can enjoy great food, great views, music, people and more whenever you're in the area. 

5. Asheville, North Carolina

Coming in at No. 5 is a North Carolina favorite, Asheville. Asheville is tucked up near the mountains and allows you to enjoy some fun with your favorite people. You can grab a beer at the breweries, hike a mountain, stroll downtown, and more!
