The Super Bowl is just a few weeks away, so it's time to start planning your game-day feast and according to Food and Wine, Guy Fieri wants to make it easier for you to lay out a spread that’ll be the hit of the viewing party and still get to enjoy it yourself. Here are his tips:
- Don’t spend the entire time in the kitchen if you’re the host of the party: Guy says he “puts everybody to task” so he doesn’t miss the game, giving everyone some part of the meal prep to be responsible for like drinks, dips, or ingredients.
- More is better: Instead of setting out just a few items, Guy says to lay out an enormous spread and let everyone create their own meal just the way they want it.
- More than just sandwiches: Sandwiches are a solid go-to, but that shouldn’t be all you’re offering. “Come on, you’re talking to a guy that loves to eat,” Fieri said, adding that “there cannot be too much.”
- Quality, quality, quality: Don’t cheap out with a store-bought item; Guy says he’d rather people “doctor it up yourself,” and make sure to use quality ingredients.
All great tips so I thought I would share one of my favorite EASY recipes for Buffalo Chicken Dip to WOW your guests too!
