Your relationship blueprint is exactly what it sounds like, it's our unique way of expressing and accepting love. Hormones like oxytocin, dopamine, and serotonin will allow the brain to release happy hormones. Happy hormones are dopamine which then increases serotonin levels, and then oxytocin is produced. When breaking up on bad terms adrenal glands flood the body with stress hormones, adrenaline, and cortisol. Nancy Levin demystifies our relationship blueprint. She starts with the Independent as someone who doesn't have to be under their partner on a constant basis. They are not the type to smother their partner. The Loyalist is going to stick it out to the end, no matter what. More include the Chameleon.

The Chameleon puts their desires on the back burner but hopes their partner can read the signs of what they need. If you're the type of person that looks for what’s wrong, you're a Perfectionist. Perfectionist notices everything, especially their partner's habits and behaviors. Next up is the Fixer, who loves to attach to partners with flaws. Seems like these relationships could be short-lived and disappointing as an adult. Do you tend to stick to a type when you dive into relationships?
