Lizzo seemingly responded to Kanye West’s body-shaming comments that he made during his appearance on Fox News’ Tucker Carlson Tonight. The “About Damn Time” singer seemed to call out the rapper during her Toronto concert held at Scotiabank Arenaon Friday (Oct. 7).

“I feel like everybody in America got my motherf—ing name in their motherf—ing mouth for no motherf—ing reason,” Lizzo told the crowd in a video shared by gossip site TMZ.

“I’m minding my fat Black beautiful business,” she added before asking the audience, “Can I stay here? Who can I marry for that dual citizenship?”

On Ye’s appearance on Tucker Carlson Tonight Friday (Oct. 7), the rapper made body-shaming remarks targeting Lizzo.

“When Lizzo loses 10 pounds and announces it, the bots… on Instagram, they attack her for losing weight, because the media wants to put out a perception that being overweight is the new goal,” he said. “When it’s actually unhealthy.”

“Let’s get aside from the fact whether it’s fashion and vogue, which it’s not, or if someone thinks it’s attractive, to each his own,” Kanye continued. “It’s actually clinically unhealthy. For people to promote that, it’s demonic.”

This isn’t the first time someone has attacked Lizzo for her physical appearance. Comedian Aries Spears shared his opinion about the singer — which no one asked for — on his appearance on The Art of Dialogue.

The comedian was asked whether or not he thought the star was a good songwriter. “I can’t get past the fact that she looks like the s— emoji,” he replied.

Lizzo seemingly clapped back once again when during her acceptance speech at the 2022 MTV VMAs.

“To the bitches that got something to say about me in the press,” she said during the Aug. 28 show. “You know what? I’m not going to say nothing. They be like, ‘Lizzo, why don’t you clap back? Why don’t you clap back?’ Cause bitch, I’m winning, ho! THIS BITCH IS WINNING.”
