We've all heard the debate about pineapple on pizza, but as it turns out, pineapple is not the most disliked pizza topping.
Food&Wine.com recently surveyed over 2,000 people, asking them what their least favorite pizza topping is, and the answer wasn't too surprising; anchovies. The survey was commissioned by Donato's Pizza.
I don't think I've ever even had a pizza with anchovies on it, so I can't say for myself that I hate it, but it is definitely not a pizza I would be excited to try.
The other two toppings that rounded out the top three of America's least favorite pizza toppings were pineapple, and jalapeno peppers.
I knew pineapple would probably show up somewhere on the list, because people have such strong opinions on it. Jalapeños also make sense as not everyone love spicy pizza (I totally do though).
At the end of the day, pizza is pretty hard to mess up in my opinion. The only topping I hate is black olives.
