How bad is customer service support? People would rather shave their head than contact customer support! A recent survey of 2,000 Americans shows that 24% of people would rather shave their heads than talk to customer service. The New York Post reports a poll was conducted by OnePoll on behalf of Twilio Flex. The survey was designed to look at how customer service affects people’s habits. It’s not just head-shaving that’s preferred to calling for help hahaha.

Get this! 30% of respondents said they’d rather do their taxes! 28% said they’d prefer to go to the dentist!  Although a cool 22% said they’d rather spend a night in jail than contact customer service.

It’s not all bad news for companies. 80% of respondents said they’re more likely to be loyal to a company if they have a good customer service experience.

Charlotte is known to many as a banking city. It might surprise you that number two on the list for worst customer service is Bank of America. Check out the rest of the top 5 worst and best companies customer service.

24/7 Wall St. and Zogby Analytics have found out which companies have the best and the worst customer service. The poll surveyed 1,500 adults and 151 companies. The place with the best customer service is Amazon, and the worst is Comcast. Check out the rest of the list below.
