What a pleasant surprise we had this week when Roy texted us and said he missed the show and wanted to jump on. We sent him a link, and the next thing you know, Roy was piped in! After talking to Roy for about 20 mins, he did the most Roy thing EVER and said he called Dr. Pepper to complain because he says Dr. Pepper in Cinncinatii tastes different than Dr. Pepper in Charlotte.

My mind was blown. What?!? Dr. Pepper is Dr. Pepper! I thought it had to be all in his head, that is until we started to get text messages from listeners that they had experienced the same thing!

Roy said his new city's Dr. Pepper is flatter and doesn't have enough carbonation, which is why he called. He felt like he was drinking flat soda. I think maybe it has something to do with the way the bottles are stored or packaged.
