Nope, no water for you.

We are in the dog days of Summer, and drinking enough water is a must to stay hydrated.

Even when you may feel like you’ve drank enough water, it’s very likely your body still needs more. stay hydrated on hot Summer days like the ones we have been having is super important.

But how do you know if you’ve drank enough water?

Well, it turns out, there is a simple test you can do on yourself to check if you are dehydrated or not. The test is so simple, and only takes about 3 seconds.

I found a video online from @dr.karanr showing how the test works.

How have I never known this before? I just tried it on myself, and sure enough; I need more water!

Next time you think you may be dehydrated, this simple little test will definitely come in handy.
