A South Carolina man won the lottery using a strategy he saw on television. He was watching the TV show “Lottery Changed My Life” on TLC according to CNN. He learned about one lotto winner’s strategy. Who says TV will rot your brain?
The person said their winning technique involves spending $25 a week on the lottery for three months. So the man decided that’s what he was going to do.
During the first week, he took home $500. And then, on the 7th week, he matched four out of five numbers and the red Powerball on a Powerball ticket and won $100-thousand. "I didn't even know how to play Powerball," the man told lottery officials.
He’s already purchased a new car with his winnings, but the three months aren’t even over yet, and he plans on continuing with the winning strategy. So, who knows? Maybe he has another win in his future.
