Disney Paris Employee Snatches Ring During Proposal

Disney Paris is currently doing damage control after this one!

The short version is…a guy wanted to propose and got approval from one employee, but another one wasn’t aware and literally SNATCHED the ring from the guy’s hand as he was on his knee.

After the above video went viral, social media was furious. The couple was standing on a dais overlooking Sleeping Beauty’s Castle, which has just been restored. There are so many proposals that happen at Disneyland or any other Disney park that there is a dedicated page for them. According to the guide, “While you are not required to contact Disney in order to propose, you may want to if you’d like to plan something more elaborate.”

A Disney spokesperson informed Newsweek that they are regretful and have apologized to the couple trying to make things right.
