Having the right perks at your job can definitely make going to work more pleasant, but a new survey reveals the one that makes people the happiest. According to a new poll of 2-thousand people, the key to being happier at work is Summer Fridays.

According to NY Post, more than half of those surveyed say they enjoy when their companies have a short day on Friday or better yet, give them the whole day off. And 80% say knowing they have this perk helps them feel happier when they’re on the clock. The survey also finds:

Nearly three-quarters (73%) of participants say their productivity at work depends on the weather outside. For 28%, cooler temperatures help them be their most productive and 27% say they’re most productive when the skies are blue.

When it’s nice out, two-thirds of those surveyed like to take their work outside, 53% to cafes and 48% to rooftops and patios.

And on the flip side, 68% of respondents say their motivation to learn at work goes down when the weather is bad. Conditions that lead to a drop in productivity include heavy rain (25%), thunder (25%) and freezing temperatures (25%).

Seasons make a difference as well for some, with 43% saying they get the most work done in the spring.
