My straight pepper level tops out at a jalapeno. Every time I eat them I usually get the hiccups and my eyes water rom the heat. The next level would be a jalapeno and I can hardly handle it. I usually get the hiccups but I definitely get the watery eyes from the heat. This guy, however, is stone cold when it comes eating peppers. In fact, he set a Guinness World Record recently for eating THREE Carolina Reapers in 8.72 seconds. It's the hottest pepper in the world and he put them down like the champ he is.
