No one seems all that surprised when celebrities give their kids unique names, but not many regular people feel so confident to follow their lead when it comes time to name their own children, even though they secretly may want to. Well, according to The Mirrorone mom took to social media to reveal her “guilty pleasure” baby names, prompting plenty of other moms to chime in.

The mom took to the mommy forum Mumsnet to ask the question “What are your guilty pleasure you wouldn’t even bother suggesting names?," and then shared her choices, which included names like:

  • Lavender
  • Bluebell
  • Sailor
  • Scout
  • Shiloh
  • Forrest
  • Ophelia
  • Tuesday

While not all of her names were all that outlandish, some were out there, and then more moms decided to chime in with their picks, including one woman who said hers was was “Hovis,” and another who shared, “Just before my son was born my hormones convinced me that Paddington would be the perfect name,” noting, “I'm still fond of it but luckily for my darling son it was vetoed the second I said it!” One mom even admitted her favorite guilty pleasure name was “Banana.”

Another mom noted, “One of my favorite names is Florian. But only if it's said in a French accent,” while another added, “Tallulah. Was desperate to use it but we definitely aren’t posh enough to carry it off!”
