More than 140 leaders are in Charlotte and will attend the volunteer event to support the Second Harvest Food Bank of Metrolina.
Beam Suntory hosts "Together for Good" every year, a global day of service to give back to communities around the world at the end of April. The company believes that in order to become a truly sustainable business, it must contribute to building stronger, more equitable communities, which is why they are pleased to take the opportunity to give back together.
The work done by Beam, together with Second Harvest Food Bank of Metrolina Suntory leaders will support families in the Charlotte area for 2-3 months. The event will be held Thursday, April 28th from 2:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. 6,000 food boxes will be packed during this event. It will be at the Charlotte Convention Center.
